Prior to his current role, Andreas has held progressively senior positions within
national landlord-developer, brokerage, and retailer organizations – developing an extensive
knowledge of major markets across Canada within both the office and retail asset classes along the
way. In addition to his direct real estate experience, he has also previously served as Director,
Sustainability Practice Group (Office Leasing) for a global commercial real estate firm.
The diversity and depth of his background provide the foundation of practical knowledge and relevant
insights that continually inform his vision for an improved real estate services delivery
experience. At Torrens, Andreas is responsible for the organization’s overall strategic direction as
well as operational oversight. He is fully engaged in all aspects of the company’s growth and
development, including people management and setting the tone for a great corporate culture that
contributes to a client-focused, productive, and fully engaged team.
Andreas earned his MBA from the Schulich School of Business and an Honours Bachelor of Science from
the University of Toronto. He has also completed Environmental Law & Policy credit coursework at
York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School.
He is a former member of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC) and serves as the
registered Broker of Record of Torrens Realty Corporation.
